Hi Kirti,
Yes, you can get admission for B.Pharma regular in Jamia Milia Islamia. In first or second round of the counselling, you will be allocated a seat in this college.

As your daughter has scored 65% in class 12th board in 2018 and she is interested in B.Sc biosciences, so she is eligible to take admission. There is no problem with one year gap.
