There is not a particular book just for B.A English honors entrance exam for Jamia Millia Islamia. But if you want to prepare then you can go through the Arihant preparation book for English.

Actually, this course is not available in Jamia Millia Islamia. But there is M.A in Mass Communication. Jamia Millia Islamia has B.A in mass media and if you apply for this then you are eligible.
