I don't think that there is any lateral admission directly to the second year of B.E. One needs to have a diploma in civil engineering with 70% overall and 55% in each. Then they will sit for the entrance exam and they have to attend 67% questions to get to the safer side. I don't know the cut off of last year's, but I feel that it will be irrelevant for this year as a lot of students keep changing every year. I dont have the papers' with me but I can provide a source. One can easily buy Arihant or any other publisher's book from Amazon or Flipkart for Jamia Milia Islamia MBA entrance exam. In that one can get last 3-4 years papers, plus some reading material specially designed for the purpose of the entrance exam.

B.Sc in which field? There are many fields in B.Sc. On an average one need to score 50% marks in the entrance at least. As I have said earlier in another thread, there can be no prediction in case of cut off marks because every year diverse set of people come to give entrance test.
