I would like to tell you that for doing CS i.e. company secretary, there is no such college for this. You are going to give CS under ICS that is Indian Institute of Company Secretary which is only one for all the students in India. So, you need to register your name under ICS and then, you can do your CS. There are total three levels of CS first level is Foundation level that is called as CS Foundation which is equal to entrance exam of CS. Second level is executive level in which you are going to give two different groups of Executive level. After clearing your one group, you can apply for 18 months articleship and any CS. After completing your both executive groups and 18 months articleship, you are eligible for giving final level that is CS final which have two groups, you need to clear both groups after clearing your both groups, you officially called as CA from ICS.

Hi,
Getting a University transfer (changing university with a course in continuity) is a difficult and a rare option as compared to the change of colleges under the same University. Definitely the value of such a course is always questionable and may lead to identity issues for the course recognition in the market. Still, I would suggest you to first contact the University where you plan to take the transfer and inquire whether such provisions are available or not based on which you may then decide further.
