I would rather suggest you to get admission in a government college rather than spending such a huge amount.

See, if you are joing a college as per the area then I would suggest you to opt for Solan as this is the best college for the same and the most important thing is that Shimla is very near to that college but if you are going for the placements

The only most important advantage of having a college near IT firms is that you can easily get placements with handsome package in the starting than any other college students who are not in the vicinity of the IT firms.

Yes, you can easily get it as my friend last year scored 5 lakh rank and easily got there in the first round of the counseling only plus there is first come first serve basis also so if you want there only then apply as soon as possible.
