Jaypee, Noida is better than MAIT as it has a good faculty, good placement and even quite good infrastructure. Apart from all of it, it is one of the colleges among top 100 colleges ranking by NIRF.
So, you may go to Jaypee.

Yes placement is same. In-fact you are going to sit with Noida students only for placement. But there is this rumour that Noida's students get some preferences but I don't know whether it's true.
