Yes, JSS Medical College implements a fee refund policy for students who choose to withdraw from their courses. According to this policy, if a student withdraws prior to the commencement of the course, they are entitled to a full refund of the fees paid, with a deduction of INR 10,000 as a processing fee. If the withdrawal occurs during the counseling period, the student will receive a refund amounting to 90% of the first-year fee. For students who resign after the counseling period but before completing the course, the refund will be issued for the remaining years' fees, subject to a penalty fee. This penalty fee equals the entire course fee if the resignation happens subsequent to the final round of AIQ counseling. The reimbursement process should be completed within 30 days from the date the funds are transferred or fully received by the university. This policy is applicable to all students, regardless of their admission quota status, including those in the All India Quota, NRI, and Karnataka State Govt. Quota.
