The College of Engineering and Technology (Degree), Abhinav Education Society, has mixed reviews of the faculty. The majority of them have M.Tech degrees, and some have industrial experience, especially in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering. Student reviews reflect average teaching quality, with strengths in practicals but faults in engagement and outdated techniques. The faculty imparts the Shivaji University curriculum via lectures and labs, but limited resources limit the chance of their innovative manifestations. They are approachable for academic doubts, although their presence might vary.

The placement offers at the College of Engineering and Technology (Degree), Abhinav Education Society, are relatively weak, as rated by the students (1/5 on Shiksha). Campus recruitment is very limited, with some local or small-scale companies hiring.on very rare occasions.for roles in technical support or core engineering. These include average salary packages with very few students getting INR 2 to 3 LPA or sometimes INR 4 LPA mainly for Computer Science graduates. The placement training provided by the cell is very basic, and most students have to depend on off-campus placements or higher studies, primarily due to the poor linkages with the industry.
