To apply for MBA at MKU, students should have valid scores in exam such as MAT, CAT, CMAT and XAT. To be eligible, students need minimum of 35% in class 12 and 50% in graduation. There are a total of 1526 seats available for the MBA programme out of which 291 is offered through the Directorate of Distance Education, Madurai Kamaraj University. 

Madurai Kamaraj University conducts its own entrance examination for admission to over 15 schools of PG courses.
