Hello Bipin,
To my knowledge perhaps except for TN, no other state admits students to engineering based on marks of 12th. Hence your 83% are in a sense irrelevant. You should have given CET of your state.

If you have good budget, you can go for MMU .But, according to us you can apply for Kurukshetra University (BHM) for year degree.
