Yes, you can get admission in this college and also in this branch but for that you have to wait till the last round of the counselling only in that you will get seat in this college.

6 years ago I got 77% in JEE Mains 2019 and cut off was 78 % can I get admission in MNNIT.

Mnnit ranked among top nits. You must score 180+ for safer stand. At your score it is not possible to get it. However you can check or predict according to the previous year record.
