Based on UPSEE, you don't get admission in MNNIT. For getting admission in MNNIT, you have to give JEE. May be you can get admission in KNIT.

No, MNNIT only takes admission on the basis of JEE Mains score and not on the basis of any other exam.

Both are good and comparable college. But Mnnit Allahabad has comparably good faculty. So go for Mnit Allahabad. If you live near Jaipur, you can opt for Jaipur also.
