Yes, in all NITs, national level institutes or central funded institutes admissions are done on the basis of JEE mains merit ranking.

I am sorry to say but admission in MNNIT is done through JEE Mains only. Also, the candidate should opt for PCM in class 12th.

Hi Bhuvnesh,google doesn't come to mnit. If you want then you might apply for offcampus placements. Other than that mnit is a good college with OK kind of placements,so you can join it. PLEASE UPVOTE THE ANSWER TO ALLOW ME TO CONTINUE ANSWERIN

You need to score around 240 if you are a general category student else you need less than 200 and it varies from branch to branch. If you have a state quota then you should score much less than that.

Your rank is good but not enough to easily get MNIT. But you can get biotechnology and other branches but not CSE/IT. Try your best and fill the JOSSA admission form properly. Give college and branch preferences properly. Good luck.
