Yes, NRI quota is available. There are 5 seats for people belonging to NRI and NRI sponsored category.

7 years ago I'm discontinuing B.Tech and want to join in LL.B but I am worried about placement. Are they giving best placements?

Minimum eligibility for LL.B is graduation. So if you haven't completed your graduation, then you cannot opt for LLB. The only option will be to go for BA LL.B.
Placements depend on the college one opts for LL.B. While NLUs have good placement

If you are a dropper, then you need to spend around 8 hours a day. Time on individual subjects would depend on what you are good at.
