"Candidates are considered eligible for applying to the postgraduate law entrance exam, only if they possess an LLB degree under either three-year or five-year integrated law programmes. The LLB degree must be awarded by any authorized university or equivalent institution recognised by the BCI.

If you are talking about the application for NLSIU, it admits students based on merit obtained in Common Law Admission Test. The application for this test is live since January 1 and the last date for filling up application is March 31.
