You can get admission depending upon following factors:
1. If the NIT is among top 3 your chances of getting decent branches are negligible.
2. Using home state plus OBC can get you a decent branch in other NITs.

Yes, sure. Your score is good enough to get you into one of the NITs. Considering last year's cut-off, you should be able to make it to NIT Raipur or NIT Hamirpur.

To get B.Arch course in NITs, you need to have a good score in JEE Mains paper 2. All NITs make admissions only based on your score in JEE Mains paper 2 exam (for architecture). You also need to have atleast 75% in your board exams

First of all, for SC candidates, there is no NCL. NCL aka Non creamy layer is only for OBC. Second thing, yes, you can definitely get admissions in NIT's Trichy.
