Punjab Agriculture University is one of the oldest educational institutions that was established in the year 1962. It has been good in terms of agriculture related studies. Also, has won several awards and prizes for the same. However , I am not sure if it also offers any course in journalism and mass communication. As it is not available on their official website too. And if in case they offer this course than the university is not a good choice. Because it is mainly focussed upon agricultural studies. Now , come to MBA course. This is offered there as per many websites. The package from minimum to maximum varies. In a standard way minimum package is of 3.5 lakh (approx) while average goes to 5.4 lakh (approx).

M.Sc in Food Technology is a 2-year postgraduate course. Food Technology is the branch of food science involving the processing, protection, preparation, selection, distribution, and utilization of sheltered, nutritious, and healthy nourishment.
The discipline is about:
Reducing the gap between gathered sustenance and available food by changing the method of completed item, i.e., processing, packaging and storage conditions, etc.
healthy food, diets, calories, nutrition status, etc., planning and management of the production process from raw materials to finished product taking food safety and quality into account.
Graduation (B.Sc) completed from a recognized university and with a minimum aggregate score of 50% marks is the minimum criterion of eligibility needed to be fulfilled for admission to the course.

As per the website of Punjab Agricultural University and also from other sources admission for agricultural engineering is based on the marks obtained in JEE Mains examination. But this is for first year of four year degree course. I am afraid I could not find any information about lateral admission for any of the engineering courses in this university except for post graduation course. There are many Universities in India offering 6 year integrated course in B.Sc (Agriculture). This course is after Matriculation. If you have decided and pretty sure wanted a career in Agriculture, then go for it. But better way to complete 10+2 and then get admission in B.Sc (Agriculture) as the duration will remain the same, but options will be open for you for any further option(s).
