Every year approximately 20 to 25 seats remain open for enrollment at the MS in General Surgery programme at Rama Medical College while students must pay between INR 15 and 20 Lacs in annual fees.

The two pre-approved entrance exams for postgraduate study are the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) and the All India Post Graduate Dental Entrance Examination (AIPGDEE). The university accepts USPNEE scores exceeding 300 points from 1200 possible and USIPGDEE scores surpassing 400 points from 600 offerings. Entry to the Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) programme at the university accepts exam scores obtained from the Dental Council of India through their entrance assessment. About 20 to 25 seats make up the MDS programme at this institution and students take 3 years to complete it. Students need to pay INR 8-10 Lacs per year to study in this program.
