As VIT-Bhopal was established in 2017, the cut-off will be low but not as low as you are mentioning. But I think you can get Bhopal or Amravati Campus. I will suggest you to see for other good colleges in your area like Jaipur or other good colleges in Bhopal, Indore and cities around you. If you have given JEE Mains then you can also go through that process. But mean while for B.Tech admissions in VIT, you are eligible they are taking rank upto 1.5 Lacs and above so you are eligible but you will get which stream it is hard to tell. I will suggest if you don't get your desired branch please don't take any branch just to study at VIT-Bhopal. You can try for other good colleges. Fill JEE Mains counselling round form and take part in that process also.

VIT Bhopal's scene can only get to know by going there. There may be a chance that you do get CSE but attend the counselling there. Bhopal has not had even 1 batch passing out yet. But VIT has combined placements so if you study well in your 4 years irrespective of your campus you would get placed.

This is the newest campus of VIT and last year students got CSE below 1 Lacs rank easily and I think its not better option to take admission in Bhopal campus because fee structure is similar to VIT, Vellore and Chennai campus somewhat. And its infrastructure is not fully completed and still its under-development
If you think to take admission in VIT, then you should refer to Vellore or Chennai campus now and if you are not getting this campus, then you should try other university or college. A main campus is always better than an affiliated campus. SRM and VIT are no doubt one of the best private institutes in India. In my opinion SRM Chennai (main KTR campus) is better than VIT Bhopal. And with this rank, it would be easy for you to get in SRM.
