Siksha 'O' Anusandhan (deemed to be a university) offers admission to various UG, PG, and doctoral courses through the Faculty of Agriculture Sciences, Dental Sciences, Legal Studies, Nursing, Management Sciences, etc. SOA is approved by the UGC and accredited by NAAC, ABET, and NBA. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (including AIML/CYS/DS/IOT) or Computer Science and Information Technology at SOA University, candidates must have passed the class 12 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC candidates).A percentile of 31.505 in the SAAT exam may or may not meet the cutoff marks for admission to SOA University, it's essential to check the specific cutoffs for the course you are interested in. Admission is facilitated through the SOA Admission Test (SAAT) or JEE Main, with exemption granted to those with a valid JEE Main score. Moreover, the university accepts the scores of relevant national-level qualifying exams as per the requirements for the chosen course, such as CAT, MAT, CLAT, GATE, JEE, NEET, and others.

The hostel fee structure for SOA University depends upon the number of accommodations, for double sharing with Air conditioning the fee is INR 1.20 Lacs per annum. For triple-sharing rooms with Air conditioning, the fee is INR 90,000 per annum. Siksha O Anusandhan University provides separate hostels for boys and girls with 24-hour security and Wi-Fi facilities. There are 13 boys and 11 girls hostel. The hostels also have mess facilities providing hygienic and nutritious food. The mess charges are not included in the hostel fee, candidates need to pay INR 36,000 per annum to avail of the campus mess.
