The last year cut-off for CAT was 86 percentile, but CAT is not the only exam we accept. K.J. SIMSR also gives admission call via exams like CMAT and XAT. So, you can always try through those exams.

Chances of getting a call depends on the cut-off percentile and has no relation with years of experience.
Years of experience is considered after shortlist during GD/PI.
There is no fixed cut-off. Last year, cut-off for CAT- 86 percentile , XAT

No, there is no sectional cutoff for XAT for getting a call. As per KJSIMSR there is not sectional cut-off for any of the exam, we consider only overall score.

There is no sectional cutoff for CAT. We look at OA percentile.
