Thereafter, the online test or group discussion takes place, depending upon the profile and position applied for. To stand out in the GD and online test, students must practice Quantitative tests, Psychometric tests, Programming MCQs, Data Interpretation, etc. For GD, the hot news topic must be well prepared. Students shortlisted in this round then move ahead to the panel interview, where their communication and personality are judged. To get shortlisted in the final interview round, students should focus on enhancing their course-based knowledge.
