No, candidates are not allowed to get admission to MA courses at SIMC Pune. Students must take the MA (MC Entrance Test) conducted by the institute itself. Hence, for admission, candidates are required to qualify for the basic eligibility criteria and then secure valid scores in the entrance examination. The BDes course admission is determined by the candidate's performance in the Symbiosis Entrance Exam for Design (SEED), which is scheduled for January 12, 2025. To apply for the exam, candidates must complete the online application form and pay the application fee of INR 3250. Subsequently, they must take the entrance exam on the specified date. The results of the entrance exam will be posted on the SSPAD website. Eligibility for the SSPAD's portfolio review and personal interaction round will be determined based on the exam scores. Final admission decisions will consider SEED scores, portfolio review, PRPI, personal interaction, and the candidate's chosen specialization.
