In general, the waiting list for any programme depends on various factors such as the number of seats available, the number of qualified applicants, and the admission policies of the institution. It is difficult to predict the chances of clearing the waiting list at a specific position as it depends on several factors such as the number of candidates who accept or reject their offers, the number of seats available, and the policies of the institution regarding the waiting list. However, you can try contacting the institution's admission office or the concerned department to get more information about the waiting list and the chances of clearing it. They might be able to provide you with more specific information regarding your chances of admission.

Waitlisted applicants will be accepted if spots open up due to accepted students declining their offer or failing to meet enrollment requirements. Your chances of converting from the waitlist depend on various factors, including the number of available spots, the number of applicants on the waitlist, the school's historical acceptance rate from the waitlist, and the strength of your application. To increase your chances of acceptance, you can take the following steps:
Contact the admissions office and express your continued interest in attending SCIT Pune. You can also ask if there is anything you can do to improve your chances of acceptance. Submit any additional application materials that may strengthen your application, such as updated grades, test scores, or letters of recommendation. Consider visiting the campus and meeting with admissions representatives to show your commitment and interest in the institution. Be patient and continue exploring other options, as waitlist decisions may not be made until closer to the start of the academic term. In summary, while it's challenging to predict your chances of conversion from the waitlist, taking steps to strengthen your application and express your continued interest in the institution can improve your chances of acceptance.

I do not have access to the specific admission policies of Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology (SCIT) or any other educational institution. However, in general, your chances of getting selected from the waitlist depend on several factors such as:
Number of seats available: The chances of getting selected from the waitlist depend on the number of seats available and the number of candidates who have accepted their admission offers. If there are a few seats available, your chances of getting selected may be higher. Admission policies: The admission policies of the institution may also play a role in determining your chances of getting selected. Some institutions have a policy of selecting candidates only from the first waitlist, while others may have multiple rounds of waitlists. Candidates ahead of you in the waitlist: Your position on the waitlist is also important. If many candidates ahead of you decline their admission offers, your chances of getting selected may increase. Your credentials: Your academic credentials, work experience, and other factors may also be considered while making admission decisions from the waitlist. Based on these factors, it is difficult to predict whether you will get selected from the waitlist or not. However, if you are interested in pursuing admission to SCIT, you can consider reaching out to the institution to inquire about the possibility of getting selected from the waitlist and any other available options.

Hey ,the waitlist movement for SIBM pune and SCMHRD is 150 and 200 respectively, more or less it's the same for each year as there are students who get shortlisted for both the colleges which creates vacancy and the waitlist moves.

As per your query, you are on the waiting list with a position of 40 after the first list of MBA this & DA in SCIT, Pune. Being on the waiting list means that you are in consideration for admission in case any seats become available due to other candidates not accepting their admission offer or canceling their admission. The chances of getting admission from the waiting list depend on various factors, such as the number of seats available, the number of candidates who do not accept their admission offer, and the movement of the waiting list in the subsequent admission rounds. While a position of 40 on the waiting list is relatively low, there is still a possibility of getting admission if there is significant movement in the waiting list. It is advisable to regularly check with the admission department of SCIT, Pune, and follow their instructions on the admission process. Additionally, you can also consider exploring other options and applying to other MBA programs to increase your chances of securing admission.

So last year, one of my friends was on wait list 151. and even after the fourth merit list, he only came down to 23. So chances though not zero are bleak. Look for other, better options.

The chances of conversion from waitlist to final admission depend on various factors, including the number of seats available in the programme, the number of candidates who accept their admission offers, and the movement of the waitlist in previous years. Since SSBF has provided you with a waitlist number of 69, it is difficult to predict your chances of conversion without knowing the total number of seats available and the historical data on the movement of the waitlist. However, as a general rule, a lower waitlist number indicates a higher chance of conversion. It's also a good sign that you are on the waitlist, as it suggests that you are a competitive candidate, and there is a possibility that you could be offered admission if there are any withdrawals or cancellations. My advice would be to stay positive and keep track of the updates from SSBF. You can also consider reaching out to the admission office and expressing your continued interest in the programme. They might be able to provide you with more information on the chances of conversion based on the previous year's data. Additionally, you can consider applying to other programs as a backup plan.
