The students of MBA I&E course undergo a winter internship of around 2 weeks in the Diwali break. In the summer, the students mostly work on their own start-up ideas while a few take up internships. The institute provides the infrastructure and support to the students working on their start-up ideas. There are no final placements as such in this course though if the situation demands it, the institute will try and help the student to get placed.

Thank you for showing interest in Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology (SCIT). It is not necessary that for you to be an IT graduate to pursue this course. MBA-ITBM course offers a variety of specializations that will be beneficial in the IT industry. You need to be a Graduate of any faculty of any Statutory University with 50% marks at graduation level to qualify for admissions in SCIT. Candidates appearing for final year bachelor's degree examinations may apply but their admission will be subject to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks.
