You can pursue anything you wish, IIMs have students from all the streams ranging from BBA to engineering to Medical to Arts. So there is no link between course you pursue in graduation and post graduation.

So far my knowledge concerns, there won't be any trouble in your admission unless and until you have scored 50%+ in your 12th as well as graduation.

9 years ago Do I have any chance, if I do not have 50% in my graduation? I have scored in class 10th: 7.6 CGPA and 12th: 71%. I am a final year student.

No, minimum eligibility criteria for admission in SIBM is 50% which you don't have so there are no chances for you in SIBM.
