Yes, finance job is better than HR job. Its simple mathematics, for around 50-60 employees, a company recruits one HR personnel. Whereas, a finance requirement is driven by business and not by employee numbers.

SCMHRD is much better than BIMTECH as it has the brand name of Symbiosis. BIMTECH should be the 2nd option for you. Also the placements of SCMHRD are very good so I would suggest that you go for SCMHRD

SCMHRD is anyday better than SIBM for HR profile. Freshers have good scope in HR and lot of good companies look at freshers during hiring. You should just have good profile and marks throughout and a good performance in college - the scope is

SIBM, Pune does not consider profile score for admission. Admissions are done on the basis of SNAP score and GD-PI score only.

Yes a scholarship is provided to the students who secure the highest marks in SNAP irrespective of which college under Symbiosis university they enroll.

work exp is a plus point always when u wosh to get into hr. however if ur grades are good as a fresher it should not b a problem
