For admission in SIBM, you need to give SNAP exam scheduled in Dec 2016 for 2017 intake post which you will have to clear the GE PI WAT process of SIBM. Only then can you fo MBA (R) in SIBM

No you cannot join SIBM without writing SNAP. Even for management quota it is mandatory to write SNAP exam. You can try next year though

Congratulations on getting a call. The weightage for different rounds is given on website. Yes you definitely have a chance if you perform well. There are a quite a few students with this range of percentile in the current batch.
