A person can choose their specialisation within 45 days of joining SIBM. And he can choose any based on his interest, there is no cap in any of the specialisation. But post 45 days in company one cannot change their specialisation.

If you are talking about IIT mba then obviously IIM should be preferred if they are not very new iims else iit is a good option.

Yes you can pursue MBA-IT after BCA. Infact it is a good option since most of the subjects in MBA-IT will be understood by a BCA passout.
After completing MBA-IT you can expect any analytical, analyst or technical expertise job in the market.
