Candidates who hold a UG degree of either Engineering/ Science or Management are eligible to apply for MBA admission at UEM Kolkata. Admission to this course is entirely entrance-based. Candidates who have qualified CAT/ MAT/ WB JEMAT with at least 85 percentile can appear directly for GDPI round. However, candidates with score less than 85 percentile, need to first appear for the UEM Entrance Test followed by a GDPI round. A pass in graduation with at least 60% aggregate & above in Science/ Management (70% aggregate & above for Engineering) is required to apply for MBA and part-time MBA course. Also, candidates must secure at least 70% aggregate & above in Class 10 and 65% aggregate in Class 12 to apply for MBA and part-time MBA courses. Additionally, a work experience of a minimum of three-year is required to apply for part-time MBA. Good communication skill is an added advantage. 

The total tuition fee for BTech course ranges between INR 5.6 lakh - INR 5.9 lakh. Candidates who will qualify all the selection rounds for BTech admission will be required to pay the course to confirm their seat in the institute. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Candidates will also require to pay a registration fee to apply for admission.
