Re-admission in Calicut University typically refers to the process of readmitting a student who was previously enrolled in a programme at the university but had to discontinue their studies due to various reasons such as personal or health issues, financial constraints, academic challenges, etc. If a student wishes to rejoin Calicut University after a break in studies, they need to apply for re-admission by submitting an application form along with the necessary documents such as the previous mark sheets, transfer Certificate etc. The application process and requirements may vary depending on the programme and the department. Once the application is submitted, the university will review the student's academic record and other relevant information to determine their eligibility for readmission. If the student is found eligible, they will be informed about the same and allowed to re-enroll in their programme. It is important to note that re-admission may also involve fulfilling any requirements that were not completed during the previous enrollment period, such as retaking certain courses or meeting specific academic standards. The student may also need to pay any outstanding fees or dues from their previous enrollment period. Overall, the re-admission process in Calicut University provides a second chance for students to resume their studies and complete their academic goals, but it is subject to eligibility criteria and other conditions set by the university.
