B.Ed is vocational course and can be done after graduation. Graduation means 3 years degree course. Many universities do have integrated B.Ed courses which can be done after Class 12th. The college authority is working hard to invite good companies. There is an active placement cell in the college which is managed by students most of the time. The average salary package offered was 2 LPA to 3 LPA. Students hardly get internships from this college. In RDS department, you have to do a 6-week internship with a well-known organisation. This includes our course. If you perform well, that particular organisation will offer you placement. Every one of our seniors got placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 19,000, and the average salary offered is Rs. 10,000 for the previous batch. If you stick to the field and gather 2 years of experience in rural development, you can easily find a better placement than in any other field. Experience is very important in our field.

The eligibility criteria for M.A. English from Kalyani University is a Bachelor degree in Arts (B.A. ) with Honours in the respective subject from any UGC recognised University. Admission criteria :- 60% of seats are reserved for home university (Kalyani University) students and no entrance test will be conducted. The written test will be conducted for rest of 40% of seats for students of others Universities. Further the students of 60% quota can not be participate in written test for 40% of quota.
