As per the NIRF report 2024, out of 188 BTech graduates 110 were placed in 2023 placements. Further, 467out of 2,245 PG (2-year) and 16 out of 34 Integrated PG students were placed. Looking at the past three years' data, an improving trend was observed in the number of BTech, PG-Integrated students placed. On the other hand, the number of PG (2-year) students placed has been fluctuating. The following table represents the total strength and the number of students placed from 2021 to 2023 Kaynai University placements:

A: 

Kalyani University admission to most of the courses are offered via scores of various state/ national-level entrance exams. However, the university does not conduct any entrance exams on its own, but it accepts a few state/ national-level entrances conducted by West Bengal state. These include WBJEE, WB JECA, WB JEMAT, CAT, MAT, GATE, etc., for admission to BTech, MCA, MBA and M.Tech programmes. For courses such as BCom, BA, BSc, MA, etc., direct admissions are offered to candidates based on their scores obtained in the previous qualifying exam.
