Lucknow University Management Entrance Test (LUMET) is a pen and paper based entrance examination. The duration of this test is 90 minutes. Candidates have to solve 100 MCQs within the given time period. University of Lucknow conducts the UGPET for admission to the BCA course. The final selection is based on the entrance exam score, followed by an off-campus online counselling process. Candidates must register for candidature based on the merit declaration. Candidates must qualify the eligibility criteria to confirm the candidature and for confirmed admission.

Candidates seeking admission to the University of Lucknow BCA course must visit the official website of the University to apply online. To be eligible for Lucknow University BCA admission, candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with Mathematics/Computer as one of the subjects with at least 50% marks for General / OBC (45% for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) based on the total marks of all subjects.
