Yes, you may get a seat in VIT, Amravati for mechanical or civil. You can get a good branch in VIT, Bhopal for sure. You must also have above 65% in your +2 in group subjects.

VIT is ranked No 1 Private Institute 4th time in a row by Indian Government. So, I would suggest you to go with VIT Amravati as it provides really good education and updated curriculum up to date just fits to the present industry requirements.

At 30k rank, you can get CSE in Bhopal. It won't be an issue for you. 2 Lacs rank is quite high in JEE and it won't be easy for you to get colleges based on JEE rank. Try other private colleges too.

In order to get admission for B.Tech Programmes, you must attend VITEEE, if not you cannot join in any of the B.Tech programmes. You can try some other UG courses which are available in Bhopal campus where the admission is based on class 12th

You won't be able to get a seat in any of the course in VIT. You might try your luck for Bhopal campus if they increase the seats there.
