I think for getting admission in Armed Force of Medical college you have to separately apply for the same if you will come in the merit, you will definitely get admission there. Instead of that, you have to also physically fit as per AFMC norm

For the BSc nursing in KINS, you have to pay around 5k per year. Since armed forced medical college is governed by Army, hence the fee structure of this college is quite low.
