For admission to the B.Pharma program at DPSRU, a minimum aggregate of 55% marks in the Higher Secondary/Intermediate examination with English as one of the compulsory subjects is required. Apart from English, a combination of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and/or Biology (PCM/PCMB) is compulsory.

There won't be a cutoff point.Candidates are exempt from the entrance exam for admission if they received at least a 50% grade in their graduation (under the 10+2+3 plan) from an accredited university.Entrance Process:Candidates must show up for the panel members' personal interview round if they are eligible. For candidates who live elsewhere, an online interview can be arranged.The chosen students will have to submit their fees in accordance with the fee schedule. Within seven days of the declaration of the results, the payment must be made online or in the form of a demand draught.

For admission to the M.Pharm program, candidates must hold a B.Pharm degree from an institution recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) with a minimum of 50% marks. Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University (DPSRU) has a 100% placement rate for all courses. The median package offered to B.Pharm students was INR 4.50 LPA for the 2021-2022 academic year. During the DPSRU placement drive 2022, more than 20 companies visited the campus, and a total of 49 students were placed in top companies such as Dr. Reddy’s, PharmaAce, ZS Associates, among others. Students were offered multiple roles such as Research, Pharmacovigilance, Analytics, Consulting, Ed-Tech, Marketing, Business Consulting, and HRM in addition to the core pharmacist profiles. According to the NIRF report 2023, a total of 106 out of 246 BPharma and MPharma students were placed during placements 2022. Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research (DIPSAR) has an average package of INR 4 LPA for B.Pharm students, and the top recruiting companies include Sun Pharma, Cipla, and Dr. Reddy.

So the staff and faculty in DPSRU must be well educated and adapted to the student friendly environment . In my opinion DPSRU is better.
