BMS Educational Trust recognizes the talent of meritorious students and awards cash prize annually on Sri. B.S. Narayan remembrance day. The institution offers the Government of India Scholarships and Government of Karnataka Scholarships to the students belonging to the Backward, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe students, etc. The meritorious students are also awarded cash prizes at the end of every year.

DPSRU invites applications for Merit-cum-Means scholarship from economically weaker and meritorious students from minority communities (Buddhist, Christian, Jain, Muslim, Zoroastrian (Parsi) and Sikh. Candidates need to apply for scholarship on the National Scholarship Portal.
