MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology and BMS College of Engineering are the best private colleges in India. They both are known for their faculties, infrastructure and campus so there is no comparison between the colleges based on faculties, infrastructure and campus.
Now let's talk about the courses that these colleges are providing that is BE in telecommunication engineering of MSRIT and BE in CSE from BMSCE.
Telecommunications engineering, or telecoms engineering, is an engineering discipline centered on electrical and computer engineering which seeks to support and enhance telecommunication systems. The work ranges from basic circuit design to strategic mass developments.
Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) is an academic program at some universities that combines aspects of both computer science and computer engineering programs. Computer science programs typically centers primarily on theory and software, with only some hardware, upper division courses tend to allow a lot of freedom to specialize in software and theory related areas.
Now let's talk about the placements offered by these courses in the universities:
Telecommunication engineering from MSRIT bags the average package of around 3 to 4 lacs.
Computer science engineering from BMSCE bags the average package of around 5 to 6 lacs.
Last, I would like to suggest you that first make up your mind that which branch you want to take or which branch would be best for you and then decide upon the colleges.

Hello,
To be honest, I feel BMS College of Engineering is a place where you enjoy learning. It is very chilled out, there are no rules and it is a place, where you can be yourself. There are a lot of clubs, which you can be a part of. And, the best part is all the fests are arranged and executed by the students themselves (with the help of lecturers). The fest Utsav is one of the best college fests in Karnataka. It is a festival for all BMSCians. And, coming to the syllabus, it is updated and you get to learn stuff that you will actually use in your future. So, I feel it is a place where we all love to be.

BMS is an autonomous college affiliated to Vishveshwaraya Technical University. This college offers quality education. BMS college of engineering is one of the famous colleges in Karnataka and in Bangalore. The college does not offer dual specialization. You can only take one specialization at a time. The main reason for that is the college is affiliated to VTU. VTU affiliated business management colleges won't get approval for dual specialization. If you want to join a campus which offer dual specialization you can choose Bangalore University affiliated colleges. Lot of colleges like Adarsh Institute of Management and Information Technology, Community Institute of Management, Koshy's Group of Institution etc offers dual specialization. Dual specialization means you can choose either of marketing, finance, human resource in third semester and a different specialization in 4th semester. You can also do single specialization in these campuses since its affiliated to Bangalore University. This University is one of the oldest in Karnataka.

Hello,
I being a student of BMS College of Engineering would like to give you a few ideas about Mechanical engineering in our college. I feel our college tries to give the practical knowledge about the field. There will be seminars addressed by professional speakers who guide you with what to do in your future. When it comes to the placements, I feel the placement rate for mechanical is quite high too. And of course the infrastructure and faculties are very good. There are many opportunities for overall development by the end of fourth year. It is all about how you make the best use of it.
