The college unfiltered B. MS C. E
Placements: In B. MS College of Engineering, the placements are very good, and the highest package is about 44 LPA. The average package is around 7-8 LPA. The college helps students with placements, and many pre-placement offers are provided to students through internships.
Infrastructure: B. MS College of Engineering is well known for its infrastructure and the area where it is situated. The campus is very good, and the hostels are also good. Mess food is top notch, classrooms are well-equipped with AC and projectors, and we have two libraries.
Faculty: B. MS College of Engineering has many good faculty members, with 60 percent Ph.D. holders. Because of the faculty, curriculum, and exams, it is one of the top colleges in Bangalore and Karnataka. They conduct 3 CIEs and 1 SEE. There are many activities other than exams and studies on campus.
Other: I am from the ECE department. My department in BMSCE is considered one of the good ECE departments in Karnataka, and we have a technical fest called Phase Shift and an event called Utsav.

Good Professors, small campus, but chill college.
Placements: 80% to 90% of students got placed. The highest package is 51 LPA, and the lowest is 4.5 LPA. Companies like Apple and Nvidia came to our college. 40%-50% of students got internships. Many students go abroad for higher studies. Major roles are analyst and software developer.
Infrastructure: Every basic facility is available, like any other college. Hostels are less in numbers, so many students live in PG. Sports and games facilities are decent. Most of the hostels are far from the college like 4-7 km. They do provide a bus facility. Mess food is good.
Faculty: Teachers are nice and approachable. Most of them are from good colleges. The curriculum is a little bit outdated, but they are constantly working to make it relevant for us. Exams indeed get difficult after the first year. The first year is pretty chill. After the first year, they take the chill out of you.
Other: I chose this course only because I had a poor rank in JEE. There are two major events, the first one is Utsav, which is a cultural fest, and the second one is Phaseshift, which is a tech fest.

BMSCE, an overview of the college.
Placements: I am studying electrical engineering at BMSCE, and the subjects taught in this course are quite pertinent to the course and the jobs offered after the completion of the course. So I have nothing but praise for this particular or specific stream in this college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite bad, and they need to loosen up their pockets because the hostels, labs and classes could use a much-needed upgrade, and they do take a lot of fees, so it wouldn't hurt them to streamline some of that cash to the benefit of the hostels.
Faculty: The faculty here is just not helpful, they will say the vilest of stuff just to put you down. I am an average student, but the number of times they have made me feel like I don't belong here is sad, especially from a teacher named ***** of the Chemistry lab. I truly hope that guy gets the worst death possible.
Other: Chose this course because of my interest in it.

Overall, our college is really very good for engineering placement.
Placements: The college placement is good. All we need to do is cooperate and do the needful as they guide us. If we are interested from day one, its not difficult to get a good package placement. BMS College of Engineering is one of the best colleges in Bengaluru, Karnataka. It depends on the students and their skills.
Infrastructure: Facilities are very nice, but its also not that easy to get into the hostels, especially for girls. We have only 5 hostels, but if u join a hostel, we also have extra activities and events going on in the hostel, which is extra fun apart from the college fest.
Faculty: Teachers are doctoral holders, but they are not that helpful. All Courses are relevant. Semester exams are really not that easy. If you look at eligibility, we wont get eligibility that easily. Attendance also much needed faculty members are really very strict.
Other: I believe ECE is the evergreen course, which has many opportunities, thats why I took this branch, events fest all are very good.

Vibrant campus life with amazing events and energetic crowd.
Placements: I am currently studying in 3rd year. Our seniors who just graduated from this college, most of them got internship and placement opportunities, but about their seniors who graduated in 2024. 50% of students got placed. The placements depend totally on the skills and CGPA.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is overall okay. The total area of our college is less than the engineering colleges supposed to have, the library facilities are really good, but they are not sufficient during internals and final exams, its usually crowded during that time.
Faculty: Faculty members are really good. They should be, its cause a top college with a huge reputation in Karnataka, there will be so many opportunities for students to grow their network and improve skills. This campus has a huge crowd, many students are applying each and every year.
Other: I got into this college through KCET exam, which is usually for Karnataka students. Students can join this college through JEE or COMEDK exams, but they need a ranking below 5000 to get good branches in this college.

This college is very good and has a good reputation as a college in Bengaluru.
Placements: There are so many members in our college. The percentage of students placed is around 92%. The highest package offered is 36 LPA. The average package offered is 8 LPA. The lowest salary offered is 6 LPA. There are so many recruiter companies, such as Amazon, Flipkart, Microsoft, Google, and many other companies. The percentage of students who got internships in my course is around 80%. The top roles offered in my course are like HR, manager, and other jobs.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available in my course, AI, ML, will include Wi-Fi available in the library. The labs are well-equipped, the equipment is also good, and the classrooms will have projectors and digital boards. The qualities of the facilities in the hostel are very good, and the food is also very good. Medical facilities are available every time there is a small ground available for sports, and there is a big ground in college.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality was very good. They were highly qualified professionals and graduated from top universities. This course curriculum is relevant, and this also makes students industry-ready. The difficulty of the semester will be moderate, and the pass percentage in my course is 91%.
Other: I chose this course because it has been trending in software. The things I wish to be better at are likely to improve the college management. There will be so many fests and events happening, and there will also be many clubs.
