For CSE the minimum salary that has been offered in the previous years is 3lakh per annum. This question was posted previously too if I'm not wrong :) anyway no issues.
The starting salary package is said to be 3l P.a for CSE

For KCet to get into computer science in BMS college of engineering, you need to get a rank within 800. Over that number, you will get other branches in BMS. Or even computer science but in other colleges.
