No college in Maharashtra will admit students to engineering courses without CET scores! Rather of going any further, I can tell you that you must have at least 50% in PCM to get admitted to engineering courses at any college in Maharashtra! Talking particularly to Thakur, I recall only one year when it accepted admissions based on PCM percentage because there was no clear admission criteria due to JEE and CET being held in the same year!It may work if you score lower in CET, either through donations or minority quotas, but not without CET!
