Honestly ya, they do guide personally. Like in my case, during internships & projects I was literally asking doubts every 2 days  and they didn't make it weird. They actually sit and help you figure stuff instead of just saying “manage yourself.”Even for future plans, some of us were talking about higher studies & switching domains, and faculty actually gave proper direction instead of those generic “all the best” types.
