Last year PUMBA cut-off was 95 percentile for open category. So as of now thin chances ,maybe in the 3rd round you may get PUMBA.

No. If you are OMS ,you will get admission through All India Quota and for that all seats are treated as OPEN seats.

As per last year only MAT February scores were accepted. However, exact details will be provided by the DTE . Everything will be mentioned in the DTE brochure.

Admission is not based on candidate's family income, it is based on how many marks you get in CET.
Also there is no fees for NT category students.

The cutoff for SC category student through CAT will be based on 'All India Seats' so you need to score good on CAT as there are few all India seats available in PUMBA. The cutoff for CAT is usually 85-90%ile.

For all India seats scores of CAT, XAT, CMAT etc are accepted along with MAH MBA CET score. One can not tell exact percentile of MAT score. However, last year cut off for all India seats was 99.23 percentile.
