No, as per official sources, the Department of Management Sciences, Savitribai Phule Pune University (PUMBA) does not offer MBA admissions via management quota. The admissions to the MBA programme at PUMBA are strictly entrance-based. For admission to the MBA course, students must appear for the MAH MBA CET exam.

For admission to the MBA PBT course, students must appear for the ATMA exam. MBA seats at PUMBA are divided among two MBA courses offered at the institute. These courses are MBA and MBA in Pharma Biotechnology. As per official sources, for MBA, the institute offers 180 seats, and for MBA PBT, the institute offers 60 seats. Thus, the highest number of seats are offered for the MBA (General) course.

The core subjects under the Executive MBA at PUMBA aim to make students understand the advanced concepts of Managemet. Some of the core subjects common for all students enrolled in the programme are listed below:

No, there is no such provision through which a candidate can get direct admission in MBA without taking the required entrance exam specified by PUMBA, Pune. Aspiring students must follow the guideline formed by the Department of Management Science, Savitribai Phule Pune University, which is described below:

1. The candidate should possess a UG degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for reserved categories).
2. Candidates who belong to Maharashtra State have to qualify MH-CET exam.
3. The application process for MBA MH-CET is usually concluded between February and March.
4. For Outside Maharashtra Candidates (OMS), students can apply through CMAT/CAT/MH-CET.
5. Applicants, based on their score in any of the aforesaid exams, if eligible, may get the opportunity to register for the counselling process.

PUMBA cutoff 2023 for MBA, the minimum cutoff in MAH CET CAP Round 1 was 98.85 Percentile, while the closing cutoff stood at 99.99 Percentile for the General category students. So, going as per the last year cutoff, it is not possible to get into PUMBA at 92.02 Percentile. However, the university considers various other entrance exams like CAT, MAT and CMAT. For CAT, candidates must have an overall percentile of 85, for MAT it is 80 Percentile and for CMAT it is 95 Percentile. In case MHT CET scores are not getting the candidate into PUMBA, then they can apply through any of the other entrance exams. The aforementioned cutoffs are based on previous years and can be anticipated as future cutoffs. 

The Department of Management Science, Pune Univeristy (PUMBA) accepts admission in its MBA programme mainly through MH-CET, which the Government of Maharashtra conducts under the supervision of DTE. The application process for MBA MH-CET is usually concluded between February and March. Apart from MBA MH-CET, PUMBA also accepts the CAT/ CMAT/ ATMA score for admission in the MBA programme.
