It might be hard for you in some colleges. But in colleges where reservation is there you might have a shot. But getting a good CAT score will boost your profile. So Yes, performing very good in CAT will definitely take you to colleges GD/PI.

The only eligibility for CAT is to have a graduation degree or pursuing one. So I hope you are eligible for that.

The admission process for DMS, IIT Delhi is already over. However, based on the CAT score it is difficult to tell about the chances since DMS takes admissions through profile and CAT score.

It is not possible to predict the CAT score that one should score to secure admission in DMS since the admissions are based on profile also along with CAT hence cumulative score is what matters rather than individual components.
