If you have failed your Pre Degree exam but still want to pursue a degree in law, there are still options available for you to consider. Here are some steps you can take:
1. Consider alternative pathways: While a Pre Degree qualification is often required to apply for a degree in law, there may be alternative pathways that you can explore. For example, some universities and colleges offer Diploma or Certificate courses in law, which can be a good starting point to gain foundational knowledge and skills.
2. Look for institutions that offer flexible admission criteria: Some institutions may have flexible admission criteria, such as accepting students who have completed a certain number of credits at another college or university, or considering other factors such as work experience or personal statements.
3. Consider distance learning or online programs: Distance learning or online programs may be a good option for those who cannot attend classes in person. Many universities and colleges offer online law degree programs that allow you to study at your own pace from anywhere.
4. Seek advice from admission counselors: Admission counselors can provide you with valuable guidance on the admission process and the requirements for a law degree. They can also help you explore alternative pathways and options that may be available to you.
5. Prepare well for the entrance exams: If you are required to take an entrance exam for admission to a law programme, make sure you prepare well for it. You can find resources such as study guides and practice exams online or from your local library. Remember that with determination and hard work, you can achieve your goals and pursue a degree in law, even if you have faced challenges in the past.

Yes, upon completion of the LL.B. Programme, you can practice as an advocate in India. To practice as an advocate, you need to enroll yourself with the Bar Council of the state where you intend to practice. After enrolling with the Bar Council, you need to undergo a training programme known as "chamber practice" or "pupilage" under a senior advocate for a period of one year. After completing this training programme, you can start practicing as an advocate. However, it is important to note that practicing as an advocate also requires you to possess certain skills such as good communication skills, legal research skills, drafting skills, advocacy skills, and the ability to work under pressure. It is also important to have a good understanding of the legal system and the laws of the country. I would suggest that you gain more practical experience by taking part in moot court competitions, internships, and other activities during your LL.B. Programme to develop your legal skills and knowledge. This will help you to become a successful advocate in the future.

Please write about the college name from where you want to pursue the LL.B. for a better response. However, if planning about distance LL.B. then it is not valid as per BCI guidelines.
