In general, a Bachelor's degree it's required for all M.Sc programs in the relevant subject having scores of at least 55% in aggregate for general category students. Although, 5% concession is given to few sections. Some programs of M.Sc can also require entrance exams like CUCET or GATE.

Applications forms for most of the undergraduate programs, for instance, B.Tech and B.Sc programs are usually open in the months of December or January. Though, there can be fluctuation in the dates of some programs. But the closing date of application typically, is in the month of April or May. You can also pay late fee after the closing date in many cases.To speak about post graduate courses, like M.Tech programs, the deadline of the application forms varies and is dependent on the entrance exams like UPSEE, GATE etc. M.Sc programs typically have their own deadlines for application forms, it is usually in the months of December or January, like that of the undergraduate programs.
