Yes, you can apply for admission, but after admission, you should clear your reaper till August.

Yes, you can choose Dr. Ambedkar and also AIHM-Chandigarh, IHM-Chennai and IHM-Jaipur.
All are good institutes.

yes u hv great rank . And u go for IHM jaipur ,IHM Chandigarh ,IHM Goa and IHM Kurukshetra and choose the Institutie according to your wish .
