There are finishing school modules where students will participate in aptitude training, communication skills, and personality development. Students take part in group discussions, presentations, and practice for interviews to gain confidence and improve their interview performance.The school conducts workshops on writing a resume, etiquette in a corporate setting, and counselling to help students understand job expectations from potential employers. Continuous guest lectures and leaders are responsible for providing students with information concerning the job placement environment they will be facing once they graduate.Throughout their program, students will participate in internships and other ways of obtaining practical experience. A modern campus is equipped with cutting-edge technology like air conditioning, Wi-Fi everywhere on campus (including classrooms), auditoriums equipped with audio-visual equipment, labs with computers and advanced analytical tools, as well as creative and collaboration space, which all contribute to a very professional environment that helps students develop skills and competencies similar to those required to work in an actual business. A digital classroom allows students to participate in interactive learning opportunities (i.e., presentations, simulations, and case studies), while a high-speed connection to the Internet allows students to conduct research, use online tools, and connect with others around the globe. The auditorium hosts industry speakers, conferences, and leadership talks, which help to promote confidence and exposure among students. The computer and analytics labs provide students the opportunity to develop practical analytical and technical skills, while the creativity rooms support innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving. Collectively, all of these modern facilities contribute to students' ability to focus, conduct themselves professionally, learn through experience, and to be fully prepared to enter the workforce after graduation.

The teaching approach at GIBS Business School is a hybrid of hands-on and academic learning, utilizing many ways to apply and experience theoretical concepts within businesses. The faculty at GIBS integrates real-world business practices with educational content through use of; case studies, live projects, internships, site visits, and regular visits from industry guest speakers. GIBS also incorporates; finishing-school modules/tools, communication/aptitude training sessions, and leadership workshops into their instructional curriculum, all of which are often underutilised in competitive B-schools. GIBS provides a comprehensive learning environment, as every instructor has both academic credentials, and valued industry experience. The overall delivery of the academic programme at GIBS is very interactive, tactical, and industry-focused; therefore, students will graduate with theoretical knowledge and practical skills that will equip them to perform in today's work places.

The students on-campus have a very professional environment that promotes corporate grooming and includes guest sessions on a regular basis, continuous skill development in addition to their academic enhancement. The student experience at GIBS is enhanced by the use of experiential learning through participation in live projects, internship opportunities, club participation, and leadership training as opposed to more conventionally-based lecture-type experiences associated with other schools.The supportive and multicultural nature of the GIBS environment encourages students to collaborate with others in many areas through participation in numerous events and activities such as social activities, festivals and management activities. Overall, GIBS has received positive feedback regarding the cleanliness and maintenance of its classrooms, bathroom facilities, and common areas by both students and reviewers alike. Many students feel that bathrooms should be regularly cleaned to maintain cleanliness, while hallways and classrooms are trash free thanks to the regular housekeeping visible even during breaks creating a modern, inviting setting for long periods of studying throughout the entire day. Daily and regular cleaning, along with regular housekeeping, keeps classrooms, hallways, and shared spaces clean while creating a clean and comfortable campus environment. Additionally, dormitory/resident dormitory areas have been reported to be clean, properly ventilated, and well maintained with ongoing housekeeping/sanitisation. Overall, the university/community environmentally based campus supports a sanitary environment in both academic and residential facilities, allowing students to remain focused during their studies at GIBS.

Academic faculty provide students with a solid foundation through core management principles, frameworks and academic research based on academic teachings. In contrast, industry practitioner and visiting faculty members provide students with useful, practical information relating to daily operations within their respective corporations, including current market conditions; case studies; and examples of how companies operate in relation to each other, etc.This balance between both academic and industry faculty allows students to learn both the meaning of what type of action or behaviour is involved and how those actions and behaviours are used within the context of business. Industry faculty will typically share with students examples of the types of real problems they have faced and the types of decisions they have made, and what type of expectations they have for employees working at their companies. This will help create an engaging classroom environment through shared experiences; thus providing students with an integrated learning experience of theory through practice, and as a result, prepare them to perform with confidence in their new corporate careers.

Support systems include foundation or bridge courses in principles of accounting, economics, statistics, and basic business principles, allowing them to build core competencies. The PGDM curriculum is designed as progressive learning with core subjects that provide practical, hands-on applications of concepts through the case method, use of examples, and interactive approaches. Faculty members also provide supplementary academic support, ie. offering additional support under circumstances that require additional assistance (referred to as "? ).
